Noble Hound has a great set of do-it-yourself resources for brewing beer and making wine at home. I bet if I’m nice, he’ll add a section on Mead. He has sections about Malbec, Merlot, and Cabernet. From the “yeah, that’s kinda kewl” department: Simply charge the glow brick up in sunlight or via a lightbulb, take it into a dark room and leave it glowing in darkness - it’ll work for up to about 3 hours.

Unfortunately, I had forgotten a crucial move or two, and had to look it up. I know there are faster ways to solve a cube, but this guide: The Rubiks Cube Solution from www.chessandpoker.com is pretty much how I learned to solve the cube.

If you’re looking for wide-screen format wallpaper (1920 x 1200) and higher, have a look at InterfaceLIFT: High-Resolution Widescreen Wallpaper. Nice.
I don’t know if it works, but callthefuture.org sure looks like a fun toy.
This looks like a fun project: Controlling LED Arrays on TCP/IP Networks. The fun part, though, is the tri-color LED matrix and controller board.
